The concept of "Addition by Subtraction."

Most people are the same as they were last year. They are only older, but fundamentally the same handbrakes are holding them back from the dream. Sadly for most people years pass and the dreams fade, the guy lives the same groundhog day until it's over.

Write down your list of "Glass Ceiling" beliefs:

Fulfillment: Why is my life satisfaction not at 100%? What am I settling for that drains my joy?

Women: Why am I not at 100%? What am I settling for that drains my joy?

Identity: What stories do I tell myself about why I can’t change? (e.g., "I’m stuck here," "I’m an anxious person," or "I've already hit my peak.")

The Leak: What is the one worst habit or obsession I refuse to stop that is currently sabotaging my progress?
