Breaking The Addiction To Female Validation
The Journey To Finding Your Balls
Stop being so weak.
Every guy should know this.
And if you're easily offended, this isn't for you.
One of the most joyful experiences in life is spending intimate time with a beautiful woman who likes you. Most men struggle to create that with the woman (or women) they want. If you want to get her to fall and stay in love with you, you need to understand that women, sex, and validation currently own you, and that has been stopping you from getting what you want.
Most cultures promote weakness and validation-seeking rather than accountability and strength. They create weak men.
Most men are slaves to beauty, sex, and a woman (or women).
They pedestalize women and trade emotional independence for the hope of being chosen.
This is a socially accepted addiction!
Yes. The need for female validation is deeply rooted in your belief system. As a result, emotional independence has been taken away from you and you sometimes feel lost, unfulfilled, or stuck on someone.
A big part of you is afraid of being on your own, and you've justified the weakness so you continue on the path. A woman and a relationship (for most guys, their ex) are the center of your universe and influence everything else in your life.
You think you're in control.
You think you're different.
But you're not.
The proof is sitting in your pocket.
The moment her text arrives, the moment a new attractive match pops up, your system activates. You're hooked. If she texts, you're high. If she disappears, you're anxious. If she's warm, you're confident. If she's cold, you spiral.
That's not connection. That's not cute. That's not love.
That's slavery. That's addiction.
Most men trapped in this state have absolutely no idea it has happened to them.
They think they're pursuing a women. In reality, they're chasing relief from their anxiety, pain, and loneliness.
Every time you think:
"What if I wait too long to reply?"
"What if another guy takes my place?"
You've already made her approval your highest priority.
That creates the nervous energy. The fear. The attachment. The neediness.
And nothing kills attraction faster than a man who is attached. Scared to upset her. Scared to be ignored. Scared to walk away.
Because if a woman can control your mood, your focus, and your peace, then she owns you. You're in the bag.
Here Is What You Have To Do
You must change how you think.
You need dopamine, but the mistake is looking for it in places you don't control. If your happiness, confidence, and emotional highs come from a woman's attention, you'll become dependent on her for how you feel. That dependency creates attachment, anxiety, and neediness. You have to break that attachment and start getting your fulfillment from progress in areas you control.
A woman is an unreliable source of joy because her attention and feelings are outside your control.
The most reliable source of dopamine is progress.
Your emotional intelligence (your ability to understand what you're feeling and manage those emotions effectively).
Progress in your fitness, business, finances, and your skills.
The 2 above indirectly bring joy and women to your life and are more in your control.
The Framework
Rewrite your story today. Break the circuit! That needy and desperate mindset that keeps telling you, "I need a woman, a relationship, or someone beside me to be happy." No, you don't.
300 years ago, a man could lose children, watch his wife die, work like a horse in freezing conditions, survive wars, and injuries without modern medicine, travel for months without knowing if he'd ever return home, and still lead a nation, or change history, while many modern men feel defeated by simple a rejection, or a difficult week.
Yes you can be as happy without a relationship. You are a human being. You have the capacity to be as resilient as Marcus Aurelius. You can aslso complain constantly and become a weak, passive emotional junky. Stop telling yourself stories that make you weak. Stop choosing dependency in your story. The difference isn't talent. It's understanding what matters and making the right choices repeatedly.
Set your vision! Without vision, there won't be progress and so no dopamine. You must have a vision so you know where you're going. After that comes strategy, planning, implementation and action. That is the path to endless dopamine. Real dope. Not the cheap Instagram dopamine.
Learn the strategy. You need easy step by step methods.
Plan
Execute and get results FAST. You need quick wins. Some guyes haven't had wins for years.
There are 4 goupes of men
The weakest do nothing.
Stronger people do random, half-hearted work from time to time. Cycles of inefective action.
Stronger than that are those who work consistently but without a vision.
The strongest, the ones who move forward, have a vision, a plan, a strategy, and consistent action.
You can evaluate your life based on your body, bank account, relationships, and the most important "the qualityu of your emtions (are you happy, thriving, or sad, lost, confused)?
The more you operate in the fourth group, the easier and better your life becomes. Meaningh: more joy, less emotional pain, less dependencies, better health, more moeny, and more quality relationships.
