Fast state change

1. Cold face splash - 5 times cold water on cheeks and eyes. Instant nervous system drop.

2. Inhale-exhale variations - 60 fast (as fast as you can) quick nose inhale, fast exhale. You can do 4 in each second.
5 very slow deep inhale, hold as long as you can, then exhale slowly. 

3.Wall sit - 3 min back to wall, slight knee bend

4.Burpees - 10 fast burpees

5. Fast running in place - 30 seconds super fast running in place: stay on the balls of your feet, pump your arms like you’re sprinting, keep your chest up, core tight, and move your feet as fast as possible without traveling forward.

6. Fats clap - clap your hands hard and fast in front of your chest or overhead. Let your shoulders and arms stay loose. Exhale sharply with each clap. Do 10 to 30 strong claps

7. Scream in the pillow - Get a pillow and scream loud for 10 seconds until you run out of breath
