Your life will improve significantly if you go over these once a month.
Those 7 Things…
1. No one fully understands your emotions.
Release the need for others to understand how you feel. Rise above so you can influence. Your feelings are your compass. Detach from the need for understanding you.
2. Attraction, respect, and control are earned through your power.
Power comes from kindness, self-respect, resourcefulness, self-sufficiency, firm boundaries, non reactivity, and the willingness to walk away. Not from you sharing how you feel. When you share, you feel the closeness but not the type you want.
3. The ultimate goal is peace of mind and joy.
Nothing is more important than how you feel. Here is a good test to see if you’ve been living well or not. Go over the last 30 days. What was the average quality of your emotions? If you’ve been confused, sad, struggling, or in pain, it means you need to make a change in your approach.
4. Avoid blaming, criticizing, or arguing.
It only creates a disconnect and shows the other person you don’t understand them.
5. Detach from needing that reassurance.
Detach from needing reassurance from anyone. The only person you can control and always have by your side is yourself.
If you feel triggered, approach situations with a James Bond–like energy, calm and unbothered. You do not need to be cold or unkind. Smile, but deep inside know you are okay regardless.
Once you do that, you can give unconditional love and remain unshakable. That is the “control” you have been looking for.
6. You can make up for 10 years of mistakes in a few months, if you have the original Hacks framework I gave you => Vision, Strategy, a written plan, and ruthless time-boxing.
Most people are trapped in the past (regret), or the future (fear). When you let go of those, your untapped resources unlock and you can engage.
7. The only constant is change and when it comes…
If you “get it”, you will see what is happening as a blessing in disguise no matter how hard. You start looking for your transformation and develop. The previous version of you will no longer work.
If you don’t “get it”, you attach yourself to the past, get scared of what's in front of you, resist it, stagnate, and suffer.
