Catch yourself. It's just for tonight. Give your system a break.
For the rest of the day:
No negative thoughts (Yes, block them. Visit them tomorrow)...
No negative self-talk.
No worries about tomorrow or next week.
No regrets or thinking about what happened.
And no complaining.
Instead, spend 5 minutes and write down the best-case scenario for your life one year from now, if everything goes exactly how you want.
Your relationship, your finances, emotionally, and where you’ll be physically. Send it to me when you do. Doing this focused, will open your mind.
