Beware of the long, dead face. If you’re not aware, your face becomes lifeless, and you start doing things on autopilot without being there and without involvement. Always be aware of the look in your eyes.
I see many guys communicating, talking, sitting alone, sitting with their partner, or on their phones and laptops, or even driving, or at the gym looking tired, frustrated, unhappy, anxious, and disconnected instead of peaceful and enjoying life. Only 1 out of 10 people seem truly aware and living well.
