Almost always, waiting 30 days or more in no contact is a mistake unless:
There is a restraining order against you.
You are so emotional that you cannot control yourself.
She told you, "Stay away from me," "I'm going to block you," "I'll call the cops," or something similar.
So what should you do if none of the scenarios above apply and you were still advised to stay away for a few days?
First of all, waiting a few days doesn't mean she'll forget you. Unlike long no contact, a few days won't erase your connection. Look at yourself. Did you forget her? She's the same.
Waiting a few days (usually a week, maximum 2 weeks unless she's furious or one of the scenarios above applies) has some benefits:
Her negative emotions diminish.
She sees you are not pushing and that you are not desperate without her.
She sees you value and respect her wish if she asked for space.
What you should do during this time is dive in and do every single video, and understand that:
Your emotions are the problem.
Communication is the problem.
This means you cannot and must not communicate with her with any negative emotions, and you have to understand what she needs. Understand that you cannot force her, blame her, or criticize her. Basically, you should master the first two weeks of the program. Notice what I said—not skim through it, but MASTER it.
The most repelling thing to her is desperation and your need for reassurance. With that in mind, get back to the videos, and if you have any concerns, message me.
